Baked Crab and Shrimp

2- 4 oz. cans crab meat, flaked
2- 4 oz. cans tiny shrimp
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1/8 t. black pepper
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. buttered breadcrumbs

Rinse and drain crab and shrimp; place in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Put into a greased casserole or individual ramekins. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with steamed rice. Makes 6 servings.
