1/4 cup butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp packed brown sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb salmon (1 inch thick), cut into 4 pieces
1/4 tsp pepper
Heat grill. Melt butter and garlic. Add brown sugar and lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; stir until brown sugar is dissolved. Sprinkle salmon with pepper; brush with sauce.
Place on grill; cover. Grill 8-10 minutes or until fish just begins to flake, turning once and spooning butter mixture over fish several times during grilling.
