BAKED BRIE WITH STRAWBERRY GLAZE

Heat oven to 350. Place a whole brie cheese with rind (13 to 16 oz) in a shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes until cheese is soft, not runny.

Meanwhile, heat 3 tbsp strawberry preserves with 2 tsp balsamic vinegar until thick and bubbly. Transfer brie from oven to serving dish. Arrange 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries on top.

Drizzle with the heated preserves and sprinkle with 1-1/2 tbsp toasted hazelnuts or sliced toasted almonds. Serve with crackers or toasted bread hearts.
