PISTACHIO HAM ROLL-UPS

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup coarsely chopped Pistachios
2 tbsp blue cheese
Dash hot pepper sauce
6 oz thinly sliced cooked ham

Combine cream cheese, pistachios, blue cheese and hot sauce; blend well. Separate ham slices; spread filling thinly on each ham slice, spreading almost to edges. Roll up jelly-roll fashion; cut each roll into 5 pieces.
