1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp paprika
4 cups spinach leaves
1 pint strawberries, stemmed, halved
1 cup (4 oz) Gouda cheese, cubed
1/2 cup pecan or walnut halves
In a small tight-lidded container, combine orange juice, oil, honey, orange peel, garlic salt and paprika; cover tightly. Shake well; set aside.
In a large salad bowl, toss spinach leaves, cheese and nuts with dressing. Refrigerate for later, or serve immediately. Serves 4
