1 lb crabmeat, cleaned
10 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup Monterey jack cheese
Half stalk celery, sliced thinly and tiny
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp parsley
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp milk
Mix in bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and cook for another 1 1/2 minutes. Stir again. Serve with sliced pieces of Italian bread.
