1 lb bulk sausage
1 EACH onion, red and green pepper, diced
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper

Crumble sausage in a saucepan, cook thoroughly; drain. Saute pepper and onion until tender. Place sausage on the bottom of a lightly oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; lightly pressing into place, layer vegetables and cheese on top.

In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, garlic powder and pepper. Pour egg mixture over vegetables. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool slightly, cut into wedges. Serves 6
