RANCH MAC AND CHEESE

1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 (1 oz) envelopes ranch salad dressing mix
1 tsp lemon pepper and garlic powder
1 cup cubed Colby and Monterey jack cheeses
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup crushed saltines
1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Grated parmesan cheese

In a Dutch oven, combine first 8 ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese melts and mixture begins to thicken. Fold in sour cream. Add crackers and macaroni. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
