ITALIAN PARTY MEATBALLS

1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning – crushed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg -- slightly beaten
1 cup spaghetti sauce
Pretzel sticks -- if desired

Heat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients except 1 cup spaghetti sauce and pretzel sticks. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake about 12 minutes or until juice is clear; drain well. Meanwhile, heat 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until hot. To serve, spear meatballs with pretzel sticks and dip into spaghetti sauce. Makes: 31/2 dozen
