CRISPY GARLICKY CHEESE TWISTS

1/2 pkg frozen puff pastry, thawed, yet still firm
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika and garlic salt
2 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375. Lay unfolded puff pastry on a cookie sheet. Combine next 3 ingredients. Brush pastry with half the butter and sprinkle with cheese mixture.

Gently turn puff pastry over, brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Cut the pastry into 4 inch x 1/2 inch strips. Twist each strip 2-3 twists. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown, puffy and cheese has melted. Makes 30 sticks
