CORN AND ONION MUFFINS

1 pkg corn muffin mix
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg, beaten
1 small can creamed corn
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce

Heat oven to 400. Line 8 muffin cup with paper baking cups and spray with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients and mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into each muffin cup. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out cleans. Serve warm.
