PIZZA STYLE STEAK

2 lbs chuck steaks, cut 1 inch thick
1 1/2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (1 lb) can tomatoes, cut up
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp pepper
4 slices mozzarella cheese

Coat steak with flour. Brown on both sides in hot oil in a skillet. Combine next 7 ingredients. Pour over steak. Bring to a boil. Place in a baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes 5to 2 hours or until tender. Top with cheese. Continue baking 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serves 6
