Shelly's Recipe

MAIDRITES

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 minced onion
2 tsp sugar
3-4 tsp prepared mustard
4 tbsp beer
Red pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and salt, to taste

Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in other ingredients and simmer. Taste for additional seasoning. Serve with choice of cheese, mustard, pickle relish and additional chopped onion.
