GARDEN PASTA SALAD

1 cups pasta of your choice
1 (20 oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 cup Italian or Caesar dressing
1 cup cubed mozzarella or provolone cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups broccoli florets
3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 lb smoked ham, chicken, turkey or pepperoni, cubed
1 firm fresh tomato, seeded and chopped
1 (2 1/2 oz) can sliced black olives

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside. Place the vegetables and meat in a bowl with the pasta, add both cheeses, pour the dressing over and gently mix.
