1 (16 oz) pkg bow tie pasta
6-8 oz container crumbled feta cheese, any variety
Fresh chopped basil, to taste
2-3 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 zucchini, yellow squash and summer squash
Olive oil, to taste
Red wine vinegar, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook pasta al dente; add sliced squash about the last 5 minutes of cooking. Rinse and cool. Mix all ingredients and toss. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
