ANTIPASTO PASTA SALAD III

1 lb seashell pasta, cooked al dente, drained and rinsed
1/4 lb Genoa salami and pepperoni, chopped
1/2 lb Asiago cheese, diced
2 (2 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
1 red, green and yellow bell peppers, diced
3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried parsley and grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. Stir in the envelope of dressing mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
To prepare dressing, whisk together remaining ingredients. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and mix well. Serves 12
