AMERICAN-ITALIAN PASTA SALAD

1 (16 oz) pkg fusilli pasta; cooked al dente and drained
2 (2 oz) cans sliced black olives
1 cup frozen petite peas; thawed
1 cup cubed Genoa salami
3/4 cup chopped green onion and celery
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Dressing
1 pkg dried Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour ream
2 tbsp milk
In a bowl, combine dressing ingredients and whisk until smooth; reserve 1/2 cup and refrigerate overnight; set remaining aside.
In a large salad bowl, combine salad ingredients and add dressing last and mix. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, fold in the reserved dressing if the salad appears to dry.
