HONEY GLAZED CARROTS

1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 (16 oz) bag fresh whole baby carrots
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
Grated peel from one orange
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup water
Heat saute pan on high. Place water and carrots in pan, bring to boil, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain water from pan, add butter and seasoned salt and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add honey, brown sugar, orange peel, thyme and salt and pepper. Mix and continue cooking for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve. Serves 4
