LOUISIANNA FRIED SPICY CABBAGE

Category: Cabbage

2 lb finely diced cabbage
1 lb finely chopped cooked bacon
1 medium onion
2 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

To bacon grease, add chopped onion and cook until limp. Add pepper flakes, cabbage, salt and pepper. Stir well so the cabbage is coated. Cover and cook over low heat until cabbage is limp and tender.
