CABBAGE CASSEROLE IV

4 cups coarsely shredded cabbage, packed
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup boiling water or chicken broth
1/4 tsp salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup milk
4 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp onion
Dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup fine cracker crumbs
2 tbsp butter melted

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook cabbage and celery in boiling water for 5 minutes; covered. Drain. Combine all ingredients except crumbs and butter and pour into casserole. Mix cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over cabbage and bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes.
