ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) container frozen artichoke hearts, defrosted, drained and coarsely chopped
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
5 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup prepared pesto and grated mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. In a food processor, place ingredients except mozzarella cheese and pulse until mixture reaches a semi-smooth consistency. Pour mixture into an ovenproof dish, top with cheese and bake 15-20 minutes, until spread is hot in the center and cheese has melted on top. Serve with seasoned, toasted bread slices.
