BUTTERSCOTCH PARTY MIX

2 cups oven-toasted cereal squares and pretzel twists
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts and caramels, unwrapped and coarsely chopped
1 3/4 cup butterscotch flavored morsels

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Melt morsels in the microwave for 1 minute, stir at 10-20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; stir to coat evenly. Spread mixture in a 13x9 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Let stand for 20- 30 minutes or until firm. Break into small pieces
