1/2 lb each peeled peanuts, cashews, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans and whole unpeeled almonds
2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp brown sugar and kosher salt
1 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350. Toss the nuts in a large bowl to combine and spread them out on a cookie sheet. Toast in the oven until light golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients. Thoroughly toss the warm toasted nuts with the butter and serve warm.
