Shelly's Recipe

ABSOLUTELY NUTS

4 tsp chili powder and sugar
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 cups cashews
1 1/4 cups pecan halves
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir together the first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Transfer to jelly-roll pan and bake, turning nuts occasionally for 25 minutes or until fragrant and crisp. Cool to room temperature before serving.
