BACON AND CHESE MUSHROOMS

Butter for coating
1 lb large mushrooms
3 oz bacon, cooked, drained and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp parmesan
Preheat oven to 350. Boat baking sheet with butter. Wipe mushrooms clean and remove stems. Place caps hollow-side up on buttered tray. Cops stems and set aside. In the skillet where the bacon was cooked, saute garlic and chopped stems about 1 minute. Transfer to medium bowl and add bacon, bread crumbs and cheeses. Mix with a fork and stuff a heaping spoonful of mixture into each mushroom cap. Place in over and bake until top is browned, about 15 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 4
