BABY BELLA STUFFED MUSHROOMS

1/2 lb crimini mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
1 cups cooked salad shrimp, thawed and chopped
1/8 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh dill
1/3 cup butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 tbsp Italian style flavored bread crumbs
Additional bread crumbs for topping

Combine and mix well. Heap filling into mushroom caps, pressing down firmly to secure filling. There should be a rounded mound of filling protruding above cap. Sprinkle each cap with additional bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until tender. Serves 3-4.
