SHRIMP AND BOW TIE PASTA SALAD

1 (12 oz) box bow tie pasta, cooked al dente
1 lb small shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 (14 oz) can black olives, halved
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup red wine vinegar and olive oil
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp spicy mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine last 6 ingredients in another bowl and whisk until oil is incorporated. Pour over pasta and vegetables and toss. Serve chilled.
