Shelly's Recipe

ORIENTAL PEAS

Category: Peas

1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 bags frozen petite peas, defrosted

Saute first 3 ingredients. Allow the moisture in the pan to evaporate; add the soy sauce. Toss to coat the vegetables. Add peas and toss peas to coat with mixture. Heat until peas are cooked through.
