MEDITERRANEAN FETA AND ORZO SALAD

2 cups cooked orzo pasta
1/2 cup dry salami, cut into 1/4 inch pieces (2 oz)
1/4 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
1 large celery stalk, diced
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp ground cumin and pepper

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large serving bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over feta mixture, stirring to blend. Serves 4
