SPICY TORTILLA CHIPS

12 (6 inch) corn tortillas
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
1/8 tsp ground cumin and ground red pepper
Cut each tortilla into 4 wedges. Combine lime juice and water. Dip wedges in lime juice mixture and drain on paper towels. Arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the wedges. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes or until crisp. Transfer chips with wire rack to cool completely. Store chips in airtight container.
