SOUTHWESTERN BISCUITS

1 Bisquick recipe for biscuits
1 tsp cayenne
3/4 cup half-and-half instead of the milk in the Bisquick recipe
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tbsp chopped scallion, green part only and chopped canned roasted red pepper
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Combine the ingredients and use the half-and-half instead of the milk for the biscuit recipe. Form into biscuits and bake as directed on package.
