** APRICOT GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS **

1/2 cup honey and apricot preserves
2 tsp hoisin sauce and soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
4 clove garlic, peeled
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1/8 tsp cayenne
2 tsp grated orange zest
Salt and pepper
36 chicken wings
1/4 cups sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 7 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add cayenne and zest. Pulse 2 seconds and pour into a bowl. Season wings with salt and pepper and toss into the glaze. Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and increase oven to for 450. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, bake 10 more minutes. Cool to room temperature.
