MAGIC COOKIE MUFFINS

1 pkg refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough with walnuts, softened
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (7 oz) pkg flaked coconut
1/4 – 1/2 cup coffee liqueur

Preheat oven to 350. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with papers. In a large bowl, combine first 2 ingredients and stir in coconut. Spoon dough evenly into paper-lined cups. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until muffins are golden. Carefully pour 1-2 tsp liqueur over each warm muffin. Cool 5 minutes and remove from muffin pan. Serve warm or cool.
