CHILES & CHEESE CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE

1 whole chicken -- cooked and deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1 can green chilies -- diced
3 cups rice -- cooked
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups nacho cheese Doritos – crushed

Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and green chilies together and set aside. Put cooked rice into bottom of a cake pan. Pour soup mixture over rice. top with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes, or until it has started bubbling. Add crushed tortilla chips to top and bake an additional 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn chips. Serves 6-8
