COFFEE CARAMEL SAUCE

1 (14 oz) pkg vanilla caramels
3 1/2 tsp instant coffee
2 tsp light corn syrup
2 tbsp half-and-half

In a double boiler, melt caramels and add the remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly and serve hot over your favorite ice cream. Serves 8
