STROGANOFF CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large yellow onion, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 tsp dried thyme, crumbled
1/2 tsp dried marjoram, crumbled
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup cream-style cottage cheese
4 oz cream cheeese, diced
1/2 lb medium egg noodles, cook and drained
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup coarsley shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. Brown first 3 ingridents; drain. Add marjoram and thyme, stiring often, 3-4 minutes.

Mix in next 6 ingredients. Adjust seasoning as needed. Turn into casserole, top with cheese and bake, uncovered, until browned and bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.
