8 oz penne or ziti pasta, cooked, drained (reserving 1/4 cup liquid), rinsed
2 cups cooked cannellini beans or 1 (19 oz) can rinsed and drained
3 large plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp capers, drained
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper and salt
1 cup (4 oz) Provolone cheese, thinly sliced

In a large bowl, combine pasta, reserved liquid and remaining ingredients, except cheese. Divide salad evenly among serving plates. Crumble an equal amount of cheese over each. Serves 6
