1 (6 oz) pkg basil or spinach linguine noodles, broken in half and cooked al dente
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, Asiago or Romano
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup (8 oz) Ricotta cheese or Mascarpone cheese
1 lb Italian seasoned ground turkey, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned tomato sauce
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese
Fresh basil sprigs

In a large bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and eggs; fold in noodles until well coated. Grease a 9 inch pie pan. Press noodle mixture evenly onto bottom and sides of pan. Spoon Ricotta cheese over top. Cover with cooked turkey; top with tomato sauce.

In small bowl, drizzle melted butter over bread crumbs and mix thoroughly. Top edges of pie pan with bread crumbs. Top center of pie with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil. Serves 6
