1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 (16 oz) can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup uncooked instant rice
3/4 cup grated Colby-jack cheese
Brown and drain meat. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Top with cheese and cover until cheese melts. Serves 4
