SWEET AND SOUR FRUIT DRESSING

1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
Pinch of salt

Press cottage cheese through fine sieve. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with rotary beater until fluffy. Enough for 12 servings
