AMISH SUGAR COOKIES

Combine in a bowl:
1 cup sugar and confectioners sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Add
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda and cream of tartar

Drop small balls of dough that have been rolled in confectioners sugar and flatten with a fork on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
