2 (12 oz) boxex vanilla wafers
2 pkg (6 oz each) sliced almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 bag (12 oz) mini semisweet chocolate chips
1 pkg (14 oz) coconut flakes
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 food storage bags (1 gallon size)
1 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cups Captain Morgans Spiced rum (do not use 151, too strong)
1 cup powdered sugar, for rolling the finished balls

Put vanilla wafers in sturdy zip lock bag (1 box at a time) and Do same with almonds. Put in large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1 pkg coconut, and 1 bag mini chocolate chips.

Mix, then add the rum and Karo syrup. (Works best to knead with hands) Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter, then roll in powdered sugar. Refrigerate overnight to let flavor s mingle.
