RIB EYE TERIYAKI

Category: Beef Steaks

4 (10 to 12 oz) 1 1/2 inch thick rib eye boneless steaks

Marinade:
1/4 cup vegetable oil or peanut oil and soy sauce
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar or rice vinegar
1 scallion coarsely chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp fresh ginger chopped

Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add steaks and cover. Turn 2 to 3 times. Marinate at least a hour or overnight.

Preheat grill to high. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side for medium. Brush with marinade while cooking.
