CHIPPED BEEF DIP

1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp. butter
8 oz cream cheese; softened
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz dried beef; chopped
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Melt butter with onion and garlic in microwave for 30-45 seconds. Blend in cream cheese. Heat 30. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill until firm.
