CHEESY CRAB DIP

Category: Dips - Hot

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp milk
1 cup jumbo lump crab meat
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp horseradish
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 (2 oz) pkg slivered almonds

Blend together first 5 ingredients. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle almonds on top. Put in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Serve hot on crackers.

NOTE: Can also be served without cooking. If so, add milk to proper consistency for a spread.
