CHEDDAR BACON DIP (Crock Pot)

1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened and cubed
1 (16 oz) pkg shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup half-and-half
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 dash garlic salt and hot sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard and salt

Place ingredients except bacon in a crock pot on low, stirring occasionally until cheese melts, about 1 hour. Taste and adjust seasonings, add bacon, and keep on low to serve. Serve with cubed or sliced French bread.
CHEDDAR SPINACH DIP

Blend 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, 1 1/2 cups sour cream, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp prepared horseradish. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with vegetables or chips.
