ITALIAN-FLAVORED SHRIMP DIP

1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 pkg Italian salad dressing mix (about 1 tbsp)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 (4 1/2 oz) can tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
Melba toast rounds
Assorted cut raw vegetables

In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese. Beat until fluffy. Beat in Italian salad dressing mix and lemon juice. Stir in shrimp and green pepper. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with melba toast rounds and vegetables.
