STRAWBERRY DUMPLING COBBLER

4 cups sliced strawberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup plus 3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp cold butter
2 cups baking mix
3 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400. Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and stir constantly until thickened. Stir in cold butter until melted. Pour into an 8 inch baking dish.

Crust: Combine next 5 ingredients for dumpling batter and dry by tbsp onto strawberry mixture. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake for 25 minutes or until dumplings are done. Serves 6
