MEDITERRANEAN BOW TIES WITH SAUSAGE

8 oz bow ties, cooked al dente
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb Italian sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste and water
1 tbsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

While pasta is cooking, saute first 4 ingredients until meat is browned; drain. Add remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes then add drained pasta and mix well. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese.
