BASIC COTTAGE CHEESE DIP AND VARIATIONS

1 1/2 cups cottage cheese (large curd)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Thoroughly blend the cottage cheese and seasonings. Regulate thickness by adding cream or evaporated milk a little at a time.
Variations:
Deviled Ham Dip: Add one 4 1/2 oz can deviled ham, 2 tsp drained pickle relish and 1 tsp drained horseradish.
Party Dip: Blend in one 5 oz jar of processed cheese spread.
Parmesan-Garlic Dip: Blend in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
Horseradish Dip: Add 2 tbsp drained horseradish and 1 tsp parsley flakes.
